Gary Quinn appointed as Co-CEO

Create Better Group are pleased to announce the appointment of Gary Quinn to the new position of Co-CEO. Gary will be working alongside CEO, Daniel White, to lead the company’s continued success after a record year trading in 2020.

Gary's post graduate career started at Tesco in 2004, where he saw a five year development from Supply Chain Analyst, through to Project Manager and Shift Manager roles.
Moving to Culpitt Ltd, the well-known Sugarcraft Wholesaler, Gary spent 10 years in multiple management roles, including seven years as a Board Director across Logistics, Sales, E-Commerce and Customer Operations.

In 2019, Gary was headhunted into the growing market of Sport Angling where he joined Fox International, as Group Operations Director. Before joining Create Better Group, Gary headed up the Supply Chain, Operations and Manufacturing activities of the market leading European business.

A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Gary is a transformation expert and team builder across multiple functions, geographical locations and business units. He has been in high profile roles in Private Equity, SME and Blue Chip environments.
Gary’s knowledge of the industry and experience in growth scenarios makes him a great addition to the Create Better Group team.
